PLANNING YOUR TRIP

GETTING TO KODIAK

Kodiak is accessed by plane or boat (ferry).

AIRLINES:
Alaska Airlines @ www.AlaskaAir.com
RAVN Alaska @ ww.flyravn.com (formerly ERA Aviation)

FERRY:
Alaska Marine Highway @ http://www.dot.state.ak.us/amhs/

***The Alaska Marine Highway system has been making some major changes this last year due to budget constraints, so be sure to book early as the rates increase as the ferry fills up.

TRIP INSURANCE

Kodiak weather often causes flights to delay or even cancel and even the ferries have been known to have mechanical issues delaying or cancelling trips. We highly recommend you get trip insurance to cover your Goldilocks B&B Reservation and any other travel expenses you may have. The following two travel insurance comparison sites may be helpful:

www.squaremouth.com or www.insuremytrip.com

***These companies are independent and are not affiliated with Goldilocks B&B.
